Wanted to try this salon due to it being close to my house. Well not again on a Saturday. The shop was not packed and the service was horrible. Waited for almost 2 hours after getting my hair washed to just sit here and watch stylest surf the internet with their clients. The owner only addressed the two ladies (myself and someone else) waiting once in the 2 hours. Then to have another client walk in and sit right in a stylest chair like we are not sitting on the couch waiting now for over 2 hours. Not coming back here again.... read more

The girl did not understand English and completely chopped my hair! Another girl who did understand English tried to help and fix it the best that she could I was in tears… And I still had to pay ($45). Never going back and I will be sure none of my friends go there either. Not to mention… It was very smoky in the establishment and no prices were posted anywhere.

So, I got extensions done here a few months ago and bought the hair through them. Had them done twice there and ALWAYS had to wear my hair in a pony tail because it wasn't blended and was always bulky. I decided totry Alterna Salon this time. The lady doing my hair is trying to dye the extensions and guess what, they won't hold the color. She explained to me if the extensions don't hold color it is not real hair!!!
