I agree with the last review this owner is big scammer. He is very rude and aggressive with his mannerisms. They held one of our jewelry that we gave for service for months. I went few times to get it back and kept telling it was not there. Finally took months to get our jewelry back and he charged bunch of other service charges and said we asked for it when we didn’t. We bought the jewelry from them and we were told it had life time warranty. But no service was covered.
