Very Straight forward. I called the same day and they solved my wisdom tooth problem at the same day. Very professional.
I scheduled a teeth cleaning six months in advance for February and got cancelled on the morning of. The day prior they tried to change my schedule to another time frame which I said wasn’t possible due to work. I requested a weekend appointment and was told they had nothing for the next two months. After saying please fill me in the next weekend schedule I didn’t hear back for a month time.
I found this office when I had an emergency. My filling had fallen out and my dentist couldn’t fit me in for two weeks. I was experiencing pain. I got the appointment for the following day which was a Sunday! The wait was long but then again it was a Sunday and emergency services. The care I received was superb. My granddaughter referred me to Dr Daniel, the staff and both doctors are amazing The office staff and assistants are all extremely helpful The office is spotless, all up to date modern equipment Dr Elena and Dr Daniel both caring I would definitely recommend them
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE. Front desk staff is friendly but the doctor is quite deceiving. He will chat and butter you up during your initial consult and then once payment is received, he will be dismissive and abrupt. I went to a root canal and crown. Everything was fine until the final crown was cemented. He did not shape the tooth underneath and the crown itself leading to misalignment.
