They installed $10,000 of flooring a year ago and it was a BAD JOB AND BAD FLOORING!!! I tried to stay local but it was the worst decision! They continue to promise they will make things right but all we have been given is the run around! STAY CLEAR of Philip or James Vipond!!!! Shame for how they are treating our community in Floresville!

Initially things seemed to go Great. And very excited to do business with who we thought were honest people. When it came time to finally deliver products it took over 6 months to get most of it partially due to large company leaving the auD which we understood. Items that were unable to be received and should have been refunded they refused to do so on multiple occasions. They refuse to respond to phone calls or emails to address the refund issues.
