VIP Corporate Housing managed the condo my family lived in during our relocation to St. Louis. We stayed longer than we expected due to Covid and a competitive housing market, and they were able to accommodate us for that extra time we needed to close on our home. In regards to the rental, we were pleased with the condition of the unit and all the amenities it offered. Whenever we encountered any issues with the unit they were always dealt with promptly.
Awesome experience and a very friendly staff. Have tried some others in town but these guys are by far the best! Super clean and up to date furnishings every time.
I wish I could give a negative star review. I will make and tell everyone I can not to ever even think of going here. Customer service is atrocious. The absolute rudest people on the planet for no reason. I was just trying to make a simple inquiry and forever will remember how poorly they treated me.
Buyer Beware not clean or client friendly, and there are much needed repairs in some of the apartments.
