I am extremely aggravated. It is 7:05, the open sign is turned on and no one is in the building. I need to pick up my dry cleaning and the Google listing says they are open at 7. Very unacceptable. After I finally go out of my way to get back here again today I’ll be finding a new dry cleaner
Never had an issue, always flexible with pick time frames
The owner is such a kind man! My clothes ALWAYS come out so clean every time! I have never had any problems. I would highly recommend VIP Cleaners!
Charged me $285 and couldn’t remove spots from three items which I had to come back at a later date for. Wouldn’t refund for items they weren’t able to clean. Also forgot to give me back a shirt and had to drive back because they don’t give itemized receipts. Way overpriced for services they were unable to deliver on.
