I recently had a breast ultrasound done and the tech who did the scan was fantastic but what is worrisome is that I never received my report from the radiologist. I paid $400 for nothing and I keep getting the run around from them and they have provided no answers back. This is not good
When we originally tried to book an appointment, there was a long delay because "the machine is undergoing maintenance to improve image quality". After many weeks of waiting, they cancelled at the last minute because "the machine is undergoing maintenance to improve image quality". We don't believe their rehearsed excuses. We relied on them and they failed us. We will not be using their services.
This was my second time at the clinic and Emily who did my scan was amazing !! She was kind, patient and above all very knowledgeable.
I have been using VIP Breastimaging for over 6 years and have always been treated with extreme care & professionalism. The Manager takes time to explain any questions and accommodate my visit.. All of the various Technicians have been kind, gentle and precise professionals and ensure I am confortable during the session.
