Disregarded my instructions regarding what I want and messed me up badly. Pretty terrible cut that I had to go get fixed.
Sadly, my hair got itchy and needed special shampoos after I got a haircut here. They did show attention to detail on my haircut, but that really doesn’t matter when I suspect it made hair problems.
There was this guy call ivan santana polanco who decide to cut my hair and when his old customer came in all of a sudden he finished my haircut in just 5 mins. The worst haircut i ever had. Waste of 35$. He didnt care how the haircut was and he double booked someone
