Have been going here for a little over a year and couldn't be happier. Equipment is as good as it gets for powerlifting training, members are friendly and helpful for advice, and the programming offered by Brian has gotten me stronger than any point in my 50+ years of life.

I started training at this gym on a complete whim. My husband had been programmed by Brian Reed for a few months at this point and I was starting to get jealous of his new hobby lol. I was intimidated by weight lifting and everything I thought I knew about the kind of people who train this way. I was completely wrong of course. This is my happy place for sure. Brian has been not only a strength coach, but a life coach as well. I feel at home and completely comfortable here. This gym has changed my life and many others lives for the better. All walks of life are welcome here. Come hang with us 🤟🏼
