!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO VALUE YOUR VEHICLES!!! The company valued a 20 year old boat as part of litigation proceedings. The company suspiciously valued the boat at just 30% of the fair market value which just happens to be the exact result the opposing party wanted all along. Dealers are selling similar models for up to $39900 but the company valued it at just $13500-$14500. Have looked up older models of the boat from the 80s and 90s and they too are higher value than the 2005 boat valued and it also has upgrades cost... read more

I had a terrible experience with VIP Automotive and would not recommend their services. They were entrusted with valuing vehicles as part of a legal separation, but their assessments were riddled with glaring errors. Three out of four cars were incorrectly valued as more expensive models, and when this was pointed out, they claimed it wouldn't impact the final value—despite clear differences in specifications, such as a high-rider 6-speed diesel versus a standard 5-speed petrol. Extremely unprofessional took my money no problems, took ages for them to come out , sent me a file I couldn't open , asked for it in pdf , couldn't oblige , give them a wide berth , absolutely useless .

Don't expect to get what you pay for! And they charge A LOT! When I discussed vehicle valuations initially, you told me you had ‘experts’ in classic car knowledge. I now find out after payment for valuations have been made that the person sent was far from an ‘expert’. I was very shocked and disappointed to find out that Matt had little to know idea about motor vehicles. He did not know the make or model of the cars, he could not tell the difference between a V6 and a V8 (your average motor mechanic would be able to do that)... read more
