I had a terrible experience with VIP Automotive and would not recommend their services. They were entrusted with valuing vehicles as part of a legal separation, but their assessments were riddled with glaring errors. Extremely unprofessional took my money no problems, took ages for them to come out , sent me a file I couldn't open , asked for it in pdf , couldn't oblige , give them a wide berth , absolutely useless .

Don't expect to get what you pay for! And they charge A LOT! When I discussed vehicle valuations initially, you told me you had ‘experts’ in classic car knowledge. I now find out after payment for valuations have been made that the person sent was far from an ‘expert’. I was very shocked and disappointed to find out that Matt had little to know idea about motor vehicles. He did not know the make or model of the cars, he could not tell the difference between a V6 and a V8 (your average motor mechanic would be able to do that)... read more

I was referred to VIP from a colleague and was the best decision I ever made. I engaged an inspection for the vehicle which was completed as scheduled. Kim, the inspector, completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle to which I relied upon, then purchased the vehicle. I had not seen the vehicle and, being so expensive, I relied upon his expertise.
