Purchase was really hassle free. I liked Adam who I dealt with personally. They were patient with me during the process as I had a lot going on; I'm very appreciative of that. The car did look great and it runs well - however, it DID NOT PASS Maryland inspection (but somehow passed VA Inspection). I didn't expect it to pass as the car was 21 years old, I knew there'd be some minor issues; but I never got the CarFax I requested (and I only requested them so I knew where to start with maintenance). Sold an undriveable car and avoided accountability afterward. The staff was friendly during the sale, but customer service declined immediately after payment. We purchased a vehicle at full price including a warranty only to learn it did not pass the state emissions inspection, making it undriveable. Fixing this required repeated follow-ups from us. We have bought a few cars in our life and really never enjoyed the process. However our buying expensive was relaxing and enjoyable. Adam the sale representative was great, likable and friendly also as pleasant and welcoming were the floor manager and finance team. The detailing team made sure we left with a well polished car. Altogether an enjoyable buying experience. To top it off we got a great car at a fair price.
