I had a beautiful apartment on the third floor by the elevator. The carpets, walls, kitchen, refrigerator, plumbing all worked. The bedroom faces the east, so you get all of the sunlight and at night the lights from the parking lot. The parking lot was fixed in the Summer of 2022. You can put up shades in the apartment to prevent the sunlight from coming through the window.
