Jessica and the other ladies in the office are very responsive and assuring. The home aids that I have been working with are caring, efficient and professional. I would recommend a family member or friend to this agency if they were in need of services in their home. I would also refer a friend or family member to this agency. If they wanted to be employed, I get the sense that the people that are employed their are happy to be there and there isn’t a big turnover.

It is been wonderful experience with VIP America, especially with Dina, our caregiver. She is compassionate, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Dina treated our family with kindness, patience, and respect, giving us peace of mind every day. Her professionalism and genuine concern made a real difference. Let me first share some knowledge with people that are looking for an awesome caregiver. Zule Solari, which works for this company is an incredible woman. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for her job description. Zule has also become a personal friend to the family and of course, my mother, which is currently in hospice care. Zule is no longer a compensated caregiver, but she still shows up and drives one hour each direction to visit my mother and comfort her with her words and kind gestures.
