Our A/C system suddenly stopped cooling in the last hot days of this year. To come out and diagnose, we contacted the company we had a contract with. They determined it was a freon leak from the condenser coils and recommended replacement. On a recommendation for a second opinion, we contacted VIP Air Conditioning. Once again VIP has come to our rescue on the hottest days this year. Our AC quit cooling and I called them on Sunday. I quickly received a call from Steve and explained the issue. He said his first available was Monday at 10am. Which we were fine with as we had a couple of window units to get us by. Monday morning we got a call from Dennis asking if he could come earlier. VIP has been servicing my residential heating and AC for years. They kept it alive and running when I knew there was a slow leak, but couldn’t afford to fix it. They advised me when it would likely need to be replaced and when that time came they did excellent quick work. I could not recommend them more!!
