I have used Vios ( other company names in the past ) for many years, at least 10. Never had an issue with communication or receiving my medication until this month. I always request a medication refill ahead so I have enough medication until the new refill gets to me. Recently I ordered medication knowing a new order for refills had to be requested from the physician’s office. I left a detailed message for a refill.
