Avoid like the plague!!! I was a new patient who had to cancel because my daughter was sick (left a message 24 hours prior) and now Latifah called and cancelled my appointment and now I cannot be seen. She advised the secretary, Julia, no longer works there. I am not surprised as she was very good but Latifah has a lot to be desired.
