Absolutely, hand down the best violin shop in Austin (and I've been to a bunch) Epic customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, go above and beyond every time I'm in there to make sure it's a great visit. Great luthier to work on violins and my electric fiddle. Great selection of stringed instruments and accessories in every price range. I can't say enough good stuff about this shop. It's the only place I take my business these days (I'm a Julliard/Eastman trained pro in the area)

Fantastic to deal with. After not being told everything up front by another music store, I went looking for another place to rent a cello. I was able to call Violins, Etc and talk to someone who walked me through the rental process and answered all of my questions. At their suggestion I filled out the online rental reservation and when I arrived they already had a couple of cellos set aside. Paperwork was easy, straight forward, and EXACTLY as it was explained, no surprises. Thanks!!!
