I have been with this practice for over 20 years. I’ve known Lisa from my first visit. She is extremely thorough, takes her time, doesn’t rush. She’s compassionate, listens and advises with the utmost of care available. I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, if I had it was never an inconvenience to me.
I tried to see Dr. Lisa Violi. I came to my appointment on time. I was waiting for 50 minutes and Dr. Lisa Violi still didn’t invite me. No one told me that she is late. Ladies in the reception desk didn’t even tell sorry, they only told me that the doctor is with a patient. Like it’s normal that I’m waiting for 50 minutes.
