Not a real local flower shop but rather an online website for bloomnation. The email is not even a real domain email but a Gmail thrown together. Delivered flowers a day later than requested, which ruined the whole thing as the recipient was not at home the next day. Of course, I had to pay a hefty delivery fee, and a tip was requested on top of that. An attempt to communicate back to the business was ignored. Don't recommend. Support the real local flower shops rather than a faceless automation business.

We selected "Designer's Choice" and the result exceeded our expectations. They did a beautiful job with the arrangement and the delivery went smoothly and on schedule. Very friendly phone service, too. We're new to NYC and this will be our flower shop of choice for future.
