1st time to ever be at the facility and it was very clean and nice looking. Very impressive. Judy, Nurse Practitioner, was very polite, caring and knowledgeable. She was quick with a diagnosis and how to treat it. Called in the meds and they were ready in a flash. Nancy & Ruby were very helpful also. Not sure which girl was which but everyone that I came into contact with was great. They know what they are doing.
Terrible wish I never went - have had mutiply billing fights - first one might be an accident - I am now on my third issue with them. Be sure to check your bill!!! They change the amount and then customer service agents are rude. If you can use Touchstone (highly recommend)
I went to the e.r last Thursday night . The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable . Special shout out to Tocia , my nurse .
This is the most in competent office I’ve ever seen. I’m a new patient as of September/October. Since then I have left 3 phone messages, 2 portal messages and talked to a receptionist Thursday am. The have NEVER RETURNED A CALL. The lady I spoke to this morning said they had changed computer systems and had no record of me. I’m pretty mad because I’m completely out of medication. I told her she better find my chart and get my medication refilled. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!
If it is possible to give a zero, this hell hole deserve one. We waited for 6 ½ hours. Finally called in. Took them 3 more hours to administer albuterol, do blood work and get CT done. Dr Gonzalez said to return to ER if oxygen level falls below 88. I reminded her we had to wait 6 ½ hrs to be seen. Guess what she said.... "then don't come"... "your choice"... my husband was gasping for air for 6 ½ hrs, no one cared to administered albuterol while we waited. When I went up to counter to ask for help, they rolled their eyes ... read more
Went to ER. Waited for over 6 hours. Finally called. Met Dr Gonzalez. Requested for inhaler as husband had been gasping for air for over 6 hours in the Waiting Room. After CT, blood work and other tests, meds were prescribed. Dr Gonzalez said to "come back if Oxygen level fell below 88. I reminded Dr Gonzalez we waited for over 6 hours, maybe she could come out to Waiting Room with inhaler while we wait to be seen. Her respond was ... "then don't come"... "your choice"... her eyes were wide and lips pressed together. Wow!
The Fit Steps staff is outgoint and fun to be with. The program has improved my physical well-being.
After receiving Great care from the lymphedema therapists, it was recommended that I join the Fit steps group. I finally feel like my health is improving.
The fit step program continues to be excellent. Our new instructor. Sally, keeps us motivated to keep coming back. I personally can tell the difference in my physical well-being. Pat Moon
