Writing this review to give a shout-out to the new(ish) maintenance guy, Dan. He is very timely with repairs/requests and even went above and beyond with helping us move a piece of furniture up to our apartment. He also has been out each day on this very cold weekend shoveling snow and salting around the complex. Thanks for everything, Dan!

This community offers a peaceful environment, which is rare in Boulder. While it lacks the same variety as Pearl Street, it provides a similar experience without the hustle and bustle of new students. The tranquility and well-maintained surroundings are a major plus. The residents tend to keep to themselves, but they are friendly enough to offer directions or let you meet their pets, creating a warm, neighborly atmosphere.
