Was referred to this so called Enhanced Access Hubby my GP for out of hours appointment. Booked for 7.10pm.arri ed and although it states it closes at 20.00 and o their website their services are advertised to be opened u til 9pm. It was closed. The level of inefficiency is appealing. No wonder people have to attend A& E for issues that could be easily resolved if community services that are supposed to provide enhanced care services as advertised and funded for, are closed!
The level of hostility I’ve experienced here is shocking. In particular, the receptionist Jackie is one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I’ve ever had to deal with. She is aggressive, dismissive, and completely unsuited for a customer-facing role — let alone one involving people’s health. To make matters worse, this practice has withheld my medical records for longer than is legally permitted, actively obstructed my access to medical care, and treated my concerns with contempt. Beautiful building, was seen on time and my physiotherapist was very kind and helpful
Each time I try and speak to reception staff they audibly huff and are outright rude as though I’m inconveniencing them by calling… I had an online consult with the doctor over an ear infection which had been going on for a month, he agreed I needed an appointment and would be contacted, I waited 5 days, heard nothing, so called. After half an hour on hold the receptionist told me “you didn’t hear because there are no appointments” I asked when would be available and she didn’t know… eventually she agreed I could have an app... read more
