I guess nothing’s changed with the wait time and ridiculous upcharge.
I have been here a handful of times with Misty. She is my provider, her staff and herself Are very informative when I have questions, they don’t make me feel uncomfortable and if I contact them if it’s through the portal or leaving a message, they get back to me quickly. I have nothing but great things to say about this office!
Diana is such a joy to see, she’s always so uplifting, kind and clear on communication, if you are looking for a unique, gentle and honest OB you found your girl! I see a lot of comments about wait time. Honestly it’s a very busy location, she’s a very popular OB, Austin has grow so much in the last 2 years let alone the last 20 years. Be patient, expect to wait or book as soon as they open. Be kind, be understanding and have patience’s. In my opinion she’s worth the wait. terrible experience. The appointment is always late for many times there. The waiting time is extremely long which sometimes is acceptable but plan to take way more longer than you would normally want. Bad attitude and rushed appointment become a norm. I would not recommend here.
