Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies. - Mixed up medication caused some bad months for us. - After checking in 3 times no verification done. - Names of medications didn’t match what is said on pharmacy bottles. - No responsibility feeling at all, just trying to make excuses why she was correct. - Makes patients wait for 2.5hours when you come for a visit.
This place runs on appointment vibes, not appointment times. They are very kind and good but unless you can take a whole day off for one appointment, it’s not for you. It doesn’t matter what time of day you book either. They are always 1-2 hours behind which is frustrating when the appointment is really only 15 min.
I absolutely LOVE Violet Crown OBGYN! Dr. Wang and her team have been nothing short of amazing. As this is my first pregnancy, I was a little nervous going in, but everyone has made me feel so welcomed, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. Scheduled an appointment for a simple exam and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I said I’m busy, so I have got to cancel this appointment. They asked did I want to reschedule so I asked I if waiting for more than 30 minutes for an appointment is unusual. The office manager stated you’ll always wait more than 30 minutes here. I cannot recommend this practice enough! I am currently midway through my pregnancy journey, and I am so glad I’ll be continuing my care here until the very end.
