As someone who tends to avoid paperwork and dealing with the municipality, having this wonderful team—and especially Ali—was a stroke of luck. Ali guided us through the process of obtaining a permit for a separate basement entrance, and he professionally and cleanly cut through the exterior wall to install the new door in less than three days, all at a reasonable price.
