Arrived on time but clearly not as good as what was shown online. Paid for the upgrade, seems like I got the standard one instead.

I decided to order a birthday arrangement for my mother from this location for the first time. I was having it delivered to her work on 3/20, turns out she is not going to be working that day. I called to change the location of the delivery, I was placed on a long silent hold. Once the woman answered she was asking me who the order was listed under.
