I had a very disappointing experience with Viola Stone. Communication was very difficult as weeks would go by without a response, but the major issue was the breaking of a stone slab which was supposed to be done in one piece and ended up as three with two poorly fabricated seams. On two other counter tops, chips were apparent the day after installation and had to be repaired and are still visible. This is the second time we've worked with Viola Stone and we would absolutely work with them again. We really appreciated that they worked with us to find fantastic products that still fit within our budget. Our new pantry countertop and bathroom vanity are beautiful, as well as all of the various stone pieces we needed to finish off our master bathroom. Scott (the owner) is friendly and knowledgable and we've been very happy with every interaction we've had with him and his team.
UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to women. My wife politely asked Jesse to move their truck which was parked in front of our driveway so she could back out. He refused and told her to wait until the truck had been unloaded and then LAUGHED at her as she walked away. When I went see what was happening - not only was my wife very upset - but both Jesse and the owner Scott LIED about what they said instead of apologizing. Shameful.
