Waited 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time with a specific person. Not only did I wait thing long but I was not given the person I made my appointment with. The lady doing my toes dug so hard I started bleeding so bad they got nervous. Moving on to the lady couldn’t understand me when I was telling her that I wanted color French tips instead of traditional white. She proceeded to continue without the color I wanted. Thomas always does an amazing job
Got my toes done with my mother and mother in law for mother’s day… next week all my toes started to chip. i have never had that happen anywhere, gel polish usually will last me MONTHS. very disappointed.
