Call to make sure what I wanted could be done. Got there 30 mins before my appt. 3 hours later they tell me they only can do plain nails, no time for design when I called to make sure it wasn’t a problem! Left when no nails done just an apology and wasted time! Unprofessional!!!!!!! Never will I go back!
April repaired some seriously wrecked nails (and a rumpled spirit, after a different salon gave me uneven nubs that looked like a toddler had painted them). Not only is she a meticulous & fabulous tech, she’s a lovely person.
Luv this place. I have been all over the nation trying to get sunset/ sunrise nail art and no one does it like Viola Nail Lounge. I even ordered Uber eats and they brought my food right to me. Thank you so much Thu Tran🥳🫶🏾😍👏🏾🤩🙏🏾 Keep up the great work.
