I was here 4 days ago, I got a full set with gel dip. My design was just simply blue french tip with the ring finger sparkly blue. The lady was nice but misunderstood me multiple times, so she was making mistakes such as my color and where I wanted the sparkle, so I had to redirect her multiple times. Some of the nails were not the same length or size. I paid 70 dollars all together, mind you I got them done 4 days ago and my middle finger nail has already fallen off. WASTE OF MONEY. This review is long overdue but this will forever be my favorite place to get my nails done! I have been going to viola since they opened and have always had a wonderful experience. Not only was my pedicure today by Trish fantastic, but I watched the owner (I believe her name is Kim) go above and beyond to give two little girls that came in for their very first pedicure the princess treatment which was so heartwarming to see. I got into a car accident, so my cousin said she was gonna pamper me today. Get a mani and pedi we arrived together but her mani got finished before mine even started because the nail tech who was supposed to do mine went out of order and did someone elses instead. The pedi was great but overall disappointed in the professionalism of staff.

I will not be coming here again. I came in as a group of six (with a reservation) with my bachelorettes to get our nails done for my wedding the next day. Everything was listed what every person wanted to get done with their nails and the upfront/greeting staff was very nice. For reference I have a connective tissue and joint disorder called Hypermobile-EDS which can cause my joints to be stiff, lock up, and be extremely painful. I get my nails done every few months and they do great!! There is never anything wrong with my nails and they give us a valuable and reasonable pay. The only problem is they always make me bleed in my cuticles and always burn me. Other than that it’s great.
