I moved out of my former house and contacted Viola for cleaning services. By far one the nicest, friendly, communicative and quality professional cleaning services I’ve used. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again Viola!
Having just moved from one house into a new one I completely spaced getting the old house cleaned. She helped me out with less than 24 hours notice and her team did an amazing job before the new owners arrived. She was excellent and had I not moved so far away I would use her again and again...
I know I can count on Viola! Been using her for several years now.
This is absolutely worst service. Many parts of the home were not cleaned. Light figure that hang from ceiling was not cleaned and when I wiped with paper towel it was very dusty (picture attached). She said drawer was cleaned but there are crumbles everywhere. Carpet has candy and some other dirts still stuck in it. I asked her what part of the home is cleaned and what's not and she keeps saying "everything". I don't know what I paid $400 for.
