STAY AWAY! 1 star is generous. We decided to get windows from them. They confirmed color and measurements after visiting my house, but never gave me the option to choose between stationary or gliding screens. When we noticed they were stationary (I hadn’t even installed them yet), we went back and ask to return the stationary ones and get the gliding screens. They were rude as hell, saying those screens were useless now and we’d have to pay more to order gliding screens. They do not educate their customers on their products ... read more
Two stars is a little generous, but deserved because the guys in the yard are great. The guys in the office are unpleasant and begrudgingly helpful. When checking out, we asked if they would rip a panel we purchased we were told “you can see if they will do it in the mill shop, no guarantees”. The guy in the mill shop was perfectly kind and made the cut no problem. Even though it’s convenient, I don’t need to go back. I’ll find another supplier for our project.
Just tried to charge me thirty dollars more for a six foot limestone tread then anyone else within forty miles.....
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were looking for pavers - the display was outside. Had questions about composite decking, a contractor was able to answer it
