When I first moved here management was super friendly couldn't be more helpful an regional manager was amazing maintenance was always making sure units were maintained. Negatives now with community, management currently is management constantly checking the units I've had mine inspected 4 times in 1 year or more the management and maintenance but never really doing anything besides looking in the past two years they cleaned the common area once and did a maintenance walk threw once. I’m not giving an exact rating yet. I have not had a chance to speak with anyone about a place to rent or anything. So I’m just going to wait until I hear from the manager
Easy access and well numbered units. Easy to find for deliveries.
