this place is absolutely horrendous, mom came in and they took money from her without doing anything and when she tried contacting them they blocked her, they said they would like to resolve it under a google review and they never ever got back to her (her review was written a couple months ago), this place will scam you out of your money. if i could leave a negative review i would, scammers and terrible people !

First time visiting the Naperville VIO Spa and had the best experience! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a facial with Amy and she was so fun and professional. Made the whole experience memorable. Can't wait to come back
I had a great experience with NP Marina—she’s truly amazing and skilled at what she does. However, she deserves a much better workplace than this passive-aggressive, drama-filled practice. The reception staff is unprofessional and rude, sending passive-aggressive texts with made-up policies after the fact (regarding my infant). On top of that, they posted my photo on social media stories without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. I love VIO Med Spa, this was my 3rd visit and I am just blown away with the services. Marina is an Aesthetic Injector, NP and she is just fantastic. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring and she definitely knows her stuff. She takes her time to explain in details what to expect.before and after; and as an injector she just know what she’s doing. I’m afraid of needles and she made me feel so comfortable and relax, that I even forgot where I was. The staff were also great and made me feel welcome. Thanks Marina, you rock! ❤️
