We had a wonderful experience with the Vinylume team! Joe and Bob did a great job in organizing the project and our roof was replaced without any issues at all. They even consulted me on the proper way to take care of my windows which was super helpful in order to prolong their life. As a first time home owner, I'm grateful for their pro advice. I had vinylume do my roofing in November 2015. Yesterday (Jan 29, 2024) I saw the paint on my ceilling in my great room was peeled. I called Vinylume and the gentleman was so nice and helped me right away. He called Bob and told me that Bob would come to my house in Westport tomorrow Today Bob came. Vinylume Roof is in great condition. The leaks are from my chimney. Bob was so nice . He helped to seal the leaks at the chimney. He showed me the pictures of the leaking area. I did my siding with them and i am very happy with them the work was superb and they stand by there word with your warranty. They will come out to you when you call them for any issue. I highly recomend them.
They was very good and quick to resolve the issue.
