From quote to installation, to the finish product, Remi was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail, and was very knowledgeable about the vinyl roof product, codes, installation and construction. He offered a great price, and was great at staying in touch through the process. His crew was efficient, clean and a pleasure to work with. My new roof was installed quickly, and I am beyond satisfied with the job.
Great company for new work, but won't respond to my emails or calls for repairs. I've called three times with leak repair requests in the past few weeks, and no one ever gets back to me. Currently looking for another company to repair the leaks in my patio cover.

I called in a request for repair service on 6/20, someone responded with a phone call on 6/24 and I texted pics of the repair area immediately after. Never received a reply to text so I sent a follow up text on 6/26 and as of now July 7th, I’ve never received a reply. Unprofessional and poor customer service displayed when you contact a company on 3 separate occasions and they do not have the courtesy to follow up. Ignoring customers in any service business is never a good business strategy.
