I was referred to this company by a friend who used them to replace a few doors. I spoke to the salesman who was extremely rude. In the course of our 4 minute conversation he tells me he doesn’t sell to the public, even though my friend is a member of the public. He asked if I dealt with any other company because it could be one of their dealers. The experience I encountered with Vinylguard Windows and Doors Systems was truly amazing. The design and service that was given was beyond my expectations. All companies in this industry are out just to provide a service but, Vinylguard truly treat customers like family. Whatever concerns or issues that may arise the response time and care is expressed immediately. Truly a company worth investigating in for your home.
