Complete window replacement including a sliding door and garden window install. The crew was timely, respectful to the property and the pets. Very efficient in and out in 5 hours. The marketing and admin team followed up regularly and facilitated fast financing. Highly recommended.
We had Vinyl Window Brokers complete a full replacement of all of windows and sliding doors. The Sales team was excellent at reviewing options. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job checking our satisfaction throughout the installers. It’s been months since we had the windows installed and they are performing as expected. I’d recommend VWB.
They did a great job on my windows, so I have no complaints about the quality of their work. However, I'm extremely disappointed with how they handled their so-called "referral bonus." A few days ago, they texted me about their referral program, but then informed me I wasn't eligible because my referral signed their contract two weeks before the promotion officially started. Vinyl window brokers did a great job on our windows. They were on time and did a great job on the install, very clean and organized. Thank you for making our house look great.
Real quick install, in and out in four hours. I had five windows and a sliding door installed. The finished job looked great. The only recommendation is clarify with installers if any damaged boards prior to install needs replacing.
