I am very disappointed and disheartened by the treatment my husband and I received from Vinyl Solutions. This will be the 3rd summer that we have had our vinyl deck and fence around our pool. The owner sub-contracted the project out to someone who sub-contracted it out again. The 3 man crew consisted of a crew leader with a scar from one side of his neck to the other and 2 teenage boys.
