First and foremost, this “company” lacks the absolute basics of customer service. Atrocious customer service and incompetent ownership. We hired them to replace the railings around our entire complex. They installed very flimsy vinyl that was unstable, lacked proper reinforcements, and likely the cheapest material they could find. They left the job partially complete, and when we asked them to complete it, they agreed and set a future date. We arranged to be home and they flat out didn’t show up!
