First and foremost, this “company” lacks the absolute basics of customer service. Atrocious customer service and incompetent ownership. We hired them to replace the railings around our entire complex. They installed very flimsy vinyl that was unstable, lacked proper reinforcements, and likely the cheapest material they could find.
