I have some older type windows made by the Vinyl Sash Company back in the early 80s. The windows perform well still. I had 2 Windows replaced by vinyl sash last September 2018 because the glass was broken and they did a good job on putting the frames back together and everything was good. I called 11-11-19 and asked if they had the latch for that window and the lady said we don't support that window anymore and they haven't supported it in a while.
