I contacted Vinyl Masters in regards to repairing a leak in the vinyl liner at my steps. The liner was put in last year by another pool company. The service from Vinyl Masters is second to none. From the first contact I made with the office I was kept informed of the repair work and given an installation date. Scott and Jacob did a great job on the repair and it saved me having to think about replacing a one year old liner. Great communication, customer service and just really nice people.
