Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Edgar and his crew from Home Depot/Vinyl Concepts! We have an 18 unit condo building located in El Segundo that desperately needed a new fence all the way around. Edgar came out "several" times to discuss all our options, and answer any questions that we had. At the end of the day...we felt VERY comfortable with the entire process. My fence was installed in just 3 days at exact hight I requested..it looks beautiful. I worked withe the construction supervisor who came to my home to plan the fence an each day of construction. I'm very happy with it.
We bought two gates from Vinyl Concepts because the salesman told us Home Depot backs the product warranty. The Home Depot name sold us the job. As it turned out, we found the salesman and the technician don't necessarily work well together in terms of product knowledge and availability. And then it came the installer.
