Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Edgar and his crew from Home Depot/Vinyl Concepts! We have an 18 unit condo building located in El Segundo that desperately needed a new fence all the way around. My fence was installed in just 3 days at exact hight I requested..it looks beautiful. I worked withe the construction supervisor who came to my home to plan the fence an each day of construction. I'm very happy with it.
If you are ever in the market for outdoor furniture this is the place. Outdoor Elegance treated us like royalty. they made our shopping experience a dream come true. their sales staff and customer service is second to none. Don't forget their cooking classes. Thanks for all you guys do!!!!
We bought two gates from Vinyl Concepts because the salesman told us Home Depot backs the product warranty. The Home Depot name sold us the job. As it turned out, we found the salesman and the technician don't necessarily work well together in terms of product knowledge and availability. And then it came the installer.
