We had a truly terrible experience with Dr. Vinuya and their entire team. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt like my son was just another source of income for them.First and foremost, Dr. Vinuya was incredibly rude and dismissive. They barely listened to my concerns and seemed more interested in pushing their agenda than actually addressing his allergies. Do NOT ever go here. I have been getting allergy shots here for 2 years and I am finally switching. Should have switched the minute I stepped foot in this place. The staff is absolutely nasty, they are beyond rude and do not care about you in the least bit. I have struggled with horrible allergies for 3 1/2 years and the doctor has not helped me whatsoever. After running tests to check for asthma, Dr. Vinuya declared, "She has asthma." On our follow up visit, he told me, "She doesn't have asthma, she may grow out of this around age 6." Which is it? He determined that she is allergic to trees, cats, and dogs. Soon after the visit, my child had a Reese's and had a mild reaction! Another allergist determined she is also allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs! I know this didn't develop in the short time frame, why wasn't I informed by Dr. Vinuya!?
Dr. Vinuya made my young son feel comfortable and explained things in a very easily understandable manner. His office even followed up our visit with a phone call to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. Very good experience.
