Hands down one of best meals I have had in quite some time! We started with the Foie Gras perfectly grilled with caramelized strawberries and mango over mescalin greens. Main course's of grilled salmon with an orange glaze was wonderful. The scallops with basil & tomato melted in your mouth. Finished with the warm upside down Apple tart.. omg! Our server Virginie (complete with French accent) did chef Christian's dishes justice by describing them perfectly along with wonderful service. A 5 star experience!! We'll be back!
Excellent Cafe!!!! Lovely salmon with vegetables and rice. Creme brûlée was delicious. Attentive wait staff. Great experience.
Had a wonderful dinner at Vinum tonight. Rack of lamb was superb!
Attended a winery tour with the Chaminade Alumni Parents Association (CAPA). Our group of 50 then had lunch at Vinum Cafe and were treated to exceptional food in our own area of the restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful. We are already planning another visit to the winery and cafe.
I don't know what the heck these people are talking about, they must have gone to a different Restraunt! The food was amazing!!!! My wife had the salmon that was tender and moist, with beautiful basmati rice and snap peas, all cooked beautifully and presented like a picture from Bon appétit magazine! I had the lamb chops and I have to say that they were some of the best chops I have ever eaten!
