Didn't even have to hire them for this review! They're currently mulching a huge sheoak that came down in the cyclone in the easement right behind my house. I took my young dog in training around to watch the work from a safe distance, well back from the first truck and the sign on the footpath. Jillane came out and gave us a quote on a number of large branches from gum trees that came down as a result of the recent cyclone. She was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. There was no upselling or scare tactics to make me want to strip down every tree on the property. She was super honest and advised me on what was realistic to remove and what could remain as is. The quote for the job was extremely reasonable and outlined exactly what we were quoted for. Very prompt response and on-site quote. Managed to come out just days before the cyclone to lop 2 large trees that were a danger. Very professional and cleaned up after. Quote was reasonable and better than others obtained. Very knowledgeable and considerate people with special thanks to Jillian. Job well done. Highly recommend this local business.
