I had seen a provider once, and I was told after that appointment that I'd need a separate appointment to "establish care." I thought that's what I'd just done. So I made another appointment with the provider. 18 MINUTES prior to this appointment, I was called and told the provider just turned in their 90 day notice. I was told I could keep the appointment.
