Our fridge quit working on a Sat. We were frantic and went to Lowes to buy another one. Found one, but the guy said we could not get it delivered until the first of the week. We explained our situation, but he acted like he could care less. We went to Vinton Appliance Center and they were so caring! They said if we can not find help with delivery if fridge, they would allow us to bring our frozen foods there and store them! Just got a fridge from Paul with Vinton Appliance Center. Could not be happier with the customer service, selection and prices. Went in and purchased fridge on Sunday and it was delivered and installed by Tuesday afternoon. Definitely coming back!
