Lived here for almost 10 years. Please don’t believe the other review (Paty Flores) of it being a ghetto place just because HOA dues is high like any other condo complex in the area. Inflation and cost to maintain a place should be considered. Note: I’m not a board member but I think it’s a quiet place to live. I know homeowners who lived here a lot longer which indicates it’s a good place to live.

Welcome to the ghetto, HOA is crazy expensive and you have to deal with racist people there.
