The hotel has no on-site reception, no staff available, and all operations are handled remotely, making it easy for management to avoid responsibility when real issues occur. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, but very poorly managed. On December 25th (42°C), we returned at 1 pm to find no power and no water. The hotel depends on an electric pump, so we were left 10 hours without electricity or water in a hotel charging $270 per night. We asked the manager to cancel the last night. Very nice
Absolutely not a 4 stars hotel as listed on Google maps. We spent 3 nights in room #12 which is on the small size and has no privacy at all. The window of the room faces a common patio and is perfectly in front of another room entrance. We could never open the curtain so the room was pretty dim lighted. No toiletries except for a body wash/shampoo 2 in 1. Extremely overpriced.
A perfect place that stay. Close to the strip, but quiet.
