I get my done here which for me was a wash, cut and style. It’s always perfect every time and I’ve gone to many of the stylists and each one listens to me wanting to keep my hair length. Perfectly located in central Pinellas.

After seven years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, I've been screwed over by this salon for the last time. The night before my 9am appointment, AT ELEVEN O'CLOCK, the owner of the salon texts me and asks if I can reschedule my appointment for 12:30pm. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate their request since my stylist is usually double and triple booked and if it made it easier for her, I didn't mind. My wife was told they could get her in for appointment, we rushed and got there, to be told sorry can’t get you in. But for hassle we will discount next appointment. Next appointment she actually got her hair done. Ashley did a good job. So we schedule a follow up appointment for 3 weeks later. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism here. I booked a 5pm appointment with Hairdresser and arrived on time, only to find the salon locked. I called multiple times and sent texts, but received absolutely no response. My time was completely wasted. clients looking for a reliable stylist should look elsewhere.I had an appointment on Wednesday and they canceled by saying the car broke down. Today I’ve been here and they are not responding to my texts or calls. Never coming back.
