I ordered a reed for my Wurly using the online form clearly indicating I needed reed 32 (E). I received key 8 (E). No big deal things like that happen. I called for a replacement only to be told I had to pay for the correct reed because there was a no return policy. The person who took my call continued to argue with me over the issue. A mistake was clearly made on their side, but I'm expected to pay for that mistake. I'e been working with Fred and the crew for almost 10 years. First fixing and voicing my Wurley, then putting a custom sustain assembly on my Rhodes bass and finally the proud owner of a Vintage Vibe 64. The 64 absolutely shines across the keyboard especially on the upper registers where you can really enjoy the mids as opposed to some of the originals that tend to get a bit washy when climbing the keyboard.
