DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered from this company on 11/1/2025 and was charged immediately. From 11/6 onward I repeatedly tried to get an update; phone calls go to an automated system and emails were ignored until I threatened to contact the FTC and BBB. On 11/11 they said it was a special order and would try to get an update; on 11/19 I asked for a refund and on 11/21 they promised to refund and said to wait for a receipt. Ordered a narrowed adjustable beam for my bus, got a text and email saying it was shipped on the 12th of December, following the tracking number, ups never received the part. Tried calling, emailing, and social media platforms to get a hold of these guys and finally for a reply through fb. Constantly asked for updates and got the run around. Drove to this shop from Santa Barbera. What an amazing experience!! Staff were super accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything they said about my items purchased was spot on and the quality is second to none!! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but they very also humble as well.
